Lego Therapy
During our Lego Therapy sessions we explore building techniques and work together on creative projects, using Lego as a tool to enhance social skills, communication, and problem-solving. By integrating Lego Therapy, we focus on developing teamwork, resilience, and creativity in a fun and engaging way.

Newspaper club
Aimee, our chief editorial assistant, runs our Monday Afternoon Newspaper Club. In this club, children explore the exciting world of journalism by researching, writing, editing, and designing their very own school newspaper. The sessions are thoughtfully crafted to be inclusive and engaging, allowing each student to contribute at their own pace. Through hands-on participation, students build essential skills in creative writing, critical thinking, and collaboration. Every term, our dedicated press pack creates and publishes one issue, giving the students a platform to share their ideas and stories with pride.

Allotment club
On Tuesday mornings, we make full use of our amazing allotment, where children take part in the exciting process of sowing and harvesting seasonal produce. In this vibrant outdoor setting, they learn about plant growth, sustainable gardening, and where their food comes from through hands-on activities. Through working together in the allotment, children not only develop practical gardening skills but also build teamwork, responsibility, and a deeper connection with nature.

STEM
Every Wednesday morning our STEM Club, children dive into a world of discovery through exciting hands-on experiments. We explore scientific concepts by designing, testing, and analysing our own experiments. We invite children to ask questions, explore the world around us and share their findings. By working together on these experiments, children can develop their critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, all while igniting their passion for science.

Musical Theatre Club
To round off the week, Aimee runs our Musical Theatre Club on Thursday mornings. In these sessions, children explore the world of performance through singing, dancing, and acting exercises, building confidence and enhancing their creative expression. Musical theatre club inspires the children to express themselves in a creative safe space, culminating in collaborative performances at the end of each term to celebrate their talents and achievements.

Art Club
Monday morning Art Club welcomes children into a creative space where they explore various art techniques and mediums. Through hands-on projects and imaginative exploration, the children develop their artistic skills, express their ideas, and boost their confidence. The sessions are engaging and creative, providing a positive and inspiring start to the day.
